Feasibility Study into Mutual Learning and Community Economic Development

Localise West Midlands is carrying out a feasibility study to find out if there is a need and a demand for mutual learning schemes such as peer mentoring.

The aim of the study is to:

“Explore how to share learning between people who want to have a positive impact on their communities through new ideas and by developing existing ideas.”

We’ll be working on this until late May 2019. Through desktop research, survey and interviews with a range of individual and organisations we will produce a report on what mutual learning schemes focused on CED could look like in the West Midlands.

We currently have vacancies for community researchers (see here)

If you want to contribute thoughts or ideas, or know of others we should be talking to,  please get in touch david@localisewestmidlands.org.uk

The project is funded by Big Lottery Fund
